So this is the playing board for my friend's 'Grail' online board game. I have NO idea how you play this thing. As you can see, it's like chess on steroids, with four players instead of two, and the object is to grab the grail in the middle, which can be controlled by any player.

The boat squares are 'havens'. I forget what their purpose is. The squares near the castle-type panels are dragon's perches. Again, the purpose escapes me.

I forget pretty much everything about this whole shebang, except for the fact that you're all out for the grail. Hence the name of the game.

I kind of suck at those intensly strategic games, but the board looks cool! Do the playing pieces have individual characteristics too, or are they more generic like checkers?

Wow, looks like it'd be pretty complicated! Personally, I prefer my games to have more shooting/explosions/guitars in, but you know, personal preference and all. Nice work on this though! Good to see how all the wee pieces come together.

The solemn moment arrives! So many times faving those freakin' great icons, and finally, we're able to see the board. If it wasn't an online game, I'd buy two of those.

Yeah, I suck at these types of games too. The pieces are all kind of like chess, and have different styles of moving. (I don't remember how they moved exactly.) Those that liked this sort of thing apparently thought it was a good game. Too complicated for me, though.
